October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Bullying is when someone uses their strength or influence to intimidate a person or a group of people. It can occur with kids at school or happen online. Learn more about bullying here:

StompOutBullying.org: Is a non-profit dedicated to changing the cultural attitudes that lead to bullying whether in schools or online.

The blue and black awareness ribbon is for Concern of Police Survivors (COPS) – Support Law Enforcement, anti-bullying and ocular melanoma (choroidal melanoma/ uveal melanoma) awareness. Bullying awareness also uses a blue ribbon.
